The applicant must apply personally, must have relevant educational background and basic specialty qualification, have recommendations by two CSCO members, complete the ¡°CSCO Membership Application Form¡± , and hand in the photocopy of the Medical Doctor Practicing License and Certificate of Special Technique Position. The applicant must obey the China anti-cancer association bylaws and CSCO rules and regulations, participate all CSCO activities, pay membership fee on time, before being approved by the CSCO standing committee to become a member.
